One deal, one counterparty, one document set. An hour spread across four subjects is an hour that decides nothing.
An hour on the thing that is stuck.
You bring the deal, the counterparty or the document that is in the way. We spend the time on it, and you leave with what we would do next and why.

A working session, not a sales call
Most of what reaches us does not need a report. It needs somebody who has read a hundred of these to look at one page and say which line is the problem — and to say it in the same conversation rather than in three business days.
That is what the hour is. It is the same reading Phase 01 of the protocol does, at the scale of a conversation, and it is booked and paid for like a product because that is what it is.
What we would do next, in writing, the same day. Not a proposal — the actual next step, including when it is "walk away".
If the answer is that you need the written report, we say so. If the answer is that you do not need us at all, we say that too.
Three things the hour will not do
- It is not a due diligence report. Nothing is verified against a registry inside an hour, and an opinion given without documents is exactly what we exist to argue against.
- It is not legal or tax advice, and it does not become it by being paid for.
- It is not an introduction. We do not sell access to counterparties, and an hour with us is not a step towards one.
Two lengths, one price each
Paid when you book, not invoiced afterwards. The slot is held the moment the calendar accepts it, so the hour is yours before the payment page opens.
- One hour
- USD 150
- Two hours
- USD 280
Two hours is USD 20 less than booking two separate hours. It is a price and not a rule: the table carries both figures rather than one and a calculation.
All prices are charged in USD, due diligence included.
More than 2 hours’ notice and 95% is refunded
Inside 2 hours the amount is not refunded, but you can change the date of the appointment, once, keeping what you already paid, to a date within three months of the original one. That is why a reminder with the exact time goes out before the window closes: a rule somebody was not given the chance to meet is not a rule, it is a charge.
Times are shown in your own zone
The calendar converts from ours to yours and writes both zone names beside the list, so a conversion error is something you can see rather than something you find out about on the day.
